Jerry and I had a wonderful time with long time and good friends - Brad and Arlene, Lyn and Kim, Ralph and Mary, Ray and Belva, Frank and R.B., Roger and Kathy. We all met up at Brad and Arlene's home and caravaned to the Central California Coastline town of Cambria, CA. After arriving at the Sea Otter Inn we took some time to get settled before heading across the street for a walk along the pacific ocean coast. After our walk along the beach we headed for dinner at the Sea Crest Seafood Restaurant. While waiting to be seated at our respective tables we played dominos, Trivia persuit and other games. The food at the Sea Crest was outstanding and everyone enjoyed their meal. On Saturday we started out with breakfast at the Creekside Gardens restaurant before heading to Paso Robles for a day of wine tasting at the local wineries. We discovered this weekend Paso Robles was having a wine festival where some of the wineries offered food and wine tasting. We all went away "HAPPY" !!! For dinner some decided to enjoy their meal at Sea Crest, while the others went to the Station. Sunday was a day for shopping in downtown Cambria after breakfast at Linn's Restaurant. After shopping we headed for Paso Robles to the famous
Hotel Cheval. After taking a quick tour of the beautiful hotel grounds we head over to a local pub and hang out for awhile. Dinner plans for this evening will be at the Sea Crest Restaurant. Monday morning we head for breakfast, a quick shopping stop and then head for home. We had a wonderful weekend with some of our wonderful friends. Enjoyed it so much!!! Love you all!!!
